Creativity never ends in my studio 314 at Silver Street Studios in Houston. I enjoy making beautiful art, but I also find creative ways to display and frame my artwork to make it look even more stunning. Choosing the right frame and mounting for a piece of art is essential. It's like putting a perfect diamond setting on a beautiful gold ring - the frame and mounting elevates the artwork itself. In this video, I will be creatively framing and mounting a small artwork by John Bishop Fine Art. I love experimenting with different frames, mats and hanging styles to bring out the best in the piece. I hope you enjoy this video and are able to take away some fresh framing and mounting ideas for your own artwork.

Romania's capital city, Bucharest, displays an elegant past that, after 40 years of communism and corruption, is now reaching levels of decay that may defy renovation. Over the past ten years, I have tried to create a parallel between the image of Princess Brianna Caradja, whose aristocratic family was driven out of Romania by politics, and of the capital city that is crumbling both physically and socially. With my journalistic background, I attempt to mirror the forgotten, ignored grandeur of both the physical and social institutions of my homeland.
