It's been a busy start to the fall season here in Houston. We kicked things off with our annual Art Ramble at Silver Street Studios, where John and I enjoyed meeting up with collectors and making new connections in the art community. The 2nd and 3rd Saturday Open Art Studio events were also a success, and we capped it off with the opening of John's new exhibition "Earthen" - thanks to everyone who came out to support us!
Now, we've got an exciting new project on the horizon. For the next two weeks, John and I will be displaying some of our artwork at the Mercantile shop located inside the Exxon facility in The Woodlands. This massive corporate campus feels like its own little town, and we're thrilled at the opportunity to show our work in such a unique space. In addition, I'll be offering complimentary corporate headshots to any Exxon employees who are interested - an offer that was well received by the event coordinator.
All in all, the fall season is off to a great start here in Houston. With temperatures finally cooling down, it seems like the art scene is picking up momentum as well. If you'd like to see our studio or latest works, don't hesitate to contact us or stop by Silver Street Studios, studio 314. We look forward to meeting more art lovers in the community. Wishing everyone a creative and productive fall!
