This artwork was inspired by my grandmother's garden in early spring. The image depicts an irregular tulip bud, not yet fully mature but in its initial stage of shaping into the tulip flower. As a child, I always loved observing the signs of renewal in those early spring days, as all of nature seemed to come back to life after winter's slumber. The flowers appeared to be in a lively competition to bloom and flourish first, their fresh new greens were vibrant and bright. With its pink backdrop, the piece prepares the viewer for a cheerful scene representing the happiness of the blooming season soon to arrive. I hope this image brings you joy and a sense of renewal, capturing the promise of warmer weather and life's cycles continuing despite the seasons. May it bring a smile to your face and feelings of happiness in your home.
